Our Mission

Sky Typer was created with one simple goal: to provide a fun and engaging way for students and children to learn fundamental computer skills. Our typing game for kids helps them master the keyboard without looking down, while our new mouse skills game teaches the basics of pointing, clicking, and dragging. We believe learning these essential skills shouldn't be a chore, but an exciting adventure!

Our Story

This site started as a personal project by someone who works in schools every day. After noticing a lack of modern, free, and fun tools for keyboard practice—and inspired by classics like Tux Typing—the idea for Sky Typer was born. It was built as a free typing tutor out of a passion for education and a desire to create a resource that helps students succeed in an increasingly digital world.

The Future

We're just getting started! We have big plans to develop Sky Typer further, adding more features and levels to both our keyboard practice game and our mouse control challenges.
